HOTEL HIBERIA, Rome – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel had a beautiful view of the Altar of the Fatherland and was quite crowded, making it a bit awkward to move around, especially to get hot drinks. The rooms were very friendly, but I was moved to a room with a view without asking.

The hotel had adequate facilities and was on the side of the building currently being resurfaced. Though a bit noisy due to construction, the service was friendly and helpful, providing sightseeing information and good restaurant recommendations. The location was wonderful for exploring Rome's historic sights, all within walking distance. However, the dining experience was of low quality with watered-down juices, and the Trevi Fountain outside was under repair. Overall, a convenient place to stay with some drawbacks.
